Dom: Hi, I’m Dominic Ryder, CEO and founder of vEmpire, I started my career as a stockbroker, moving into wealth management and then I spent the last four years before vEmpire in venture capital 😊

Iris: What is vEmpire? Can you share with us more in detail?
Dom: vEmpire is fighting centralisation. Starting with the Metaverse companies by facilitating DeFi esque staking strategies of Metaverse tokens 👌🏻
The reasoning behind setting up the protocol was as a reaction to all the greed and corruption over the years I witnessed in my time in finance. I wanted vEmpire to stand up for the average investor and to fight against out of control capitalism
We’ll use the staking strategies to invade and conquer these protocols🔥 ⚔️
Alongside this we have our play to earn NFT trading card game!

Iris: What triggers you to launch vEmpire? What are some of the real-world problems/ pain points that vEmpire aims to solve?
Dom: Thanks! 😁
The mission of vEmpire is to build, reward and look after a strong community and promote equality and a fair system 👍🏻
A normal DAO rewards the wallets and the users with the most money. In the real world leaving running the planet to the most wealthy hasn’t worked out so far really has it!? Haha
vEmpire’s DDAO is a Democratic DAO, one vote per wallet above a minimum holding, this means whether you have $10,000 or $10,000,000, your vote is equal.
Usually in other DAOs no matter what the community votes, they can be easily overruled by founders, developers and the team behind the protocol. Not with us. 👊🏻

Iris: What are some of the challenges that vEmpire currently faces? How do you aim to solve them?
Dom: Building on Ethereum has the drawback of higher gas fees. vEmpire stands for equality so we want to make sure vEmpire is inclusive of everybody and so we are pleased to announce we will be integrating with Polygon.
This will allow our users to benefit from cheaper transaction costs so that both users can benefit from additional gaming without the gas, and the DDAO will also benefit as it earns a portion of the VEMP burnt within the trading card game 🔥

Iris: Are there any exciting news or updates with regards to vEmpire that you would like to share with the users?
Dom: Yes so as above we are pleased to announce we will be integrating with Polygon. They will be announcing this to their 500,000 followers tomorrow or Friday 🙌🏻
Alongside this you may have seen our retweet a couple of days back from Jeff the founder at Axie Infinity 👀 we will be facilitating AXS staking on vEmpire with triple yield aggregation in both VEMP, AXS & SLP!

We are also pleased to announce we will be working with Chainlink $LINK utilising their Variable Randomness function for our play to earn NFT trading card game. Iris: If you were to summarize your project in ONE word, what would it be? Why?
Dom: Equality 🙏🏻
vEmpire wants a free fair Metaverse where control is given to the users and not to the venture capitalists, founders and developers that control the wealth.
I want to see the current trends of “Get rich quick” attitude fall away.
Unfortunately this attitude is leading to meme token after meme token promising the world and then rug pulling it’s users. We want a token and a community where all are accepted across all chains. We want vEmpire to have a real purpose and a cause and to stand for something. We want vEmpire to be synonymous with standing up against centralisation.
A lot of people don’t believe me when I say this but if you read the whitepaper you will see it is true;

In my opinion, we are one of the most unique and truly original concept, in my opinion, to come out of the crypto market this year. There is not a single protocol or token in existence currently that is doing what we plan to do 🙌🏻
Every launch this year just seems to be;
1) a fork but doing a certain part slightly better
2) animal token
3) A food named swap
4) Daddy, mummy or baby token 😴
It’s been very very boring! Which is why I wanted to build something truly new! 🤩

Q1. TikTok and Youtube videos do well in marketing. Any impulse in approaching any influencer here? What marketing is your team focused on? Can you list 1–3 killer features of your project that makes it ahead of its competitors?
Dominic: In terms of marketing, we have over $250K being spent just this week alone on banners, buttons, influencers, YouTube & more! You can find me speaking soon on cryptonauts YouTube channel and I will be doing many more! Make sure to follow our telegram to keep up with our announcements!

There is nobody doing what vEmpire is doing. We have first mover advantage and just look at Pokemon, people try and copy but they can never beat the original 🥳 we have all of these advantages;
1) the first ever protocol to allow Metaverse token staking
2) the first ever protocol which will have multiple pools holding massive amounts of assets in all these separate protocols
3) play to earn, the more time you spend on our game the more you could make
4) collectible NFTs with real utility that you can buy now for cheap

6) a system that rewards loyalty above all

Q2. Does your great project support staking program? If yes, how does your stake system work, what is the requirement for user if they want to stake in your platform?
Dominic: Yes our platform has multi level staking systems, utility to any token is vital for success. VEMP is dynamic and exciting. It is the native token of vEmpire and is used to reward stakers, battle winners and the DDAO.
It has multi level staking so all yields can be compounded. For example the MANA you may staked pays you a yield in VEMP, you stake this VEMP into the DDAO which gets you xVEMP and qualifies you to be gifted profits from the DDAO.
For the bravest warriors, they can then stake this xVEMP into xsVEMP which is the battle token. This can be used to fight other token holders and earn even more yield 🤩
This also incentivises users to hold their tokens and not take them off platform to sell. vEmpire rewards loyalty above all, and our newest and oldest supporters will be heavily rewarded at every stage 🥳
